Director of Marketing
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)​

​Role Overview
Meta Integration Technology is seeking a Director of Marketing to build and lead the company’s marketing function as we expand adoption of MetaKarta Semantic Hub, a platform that helps enterprises unify business semantics across BI and AI systems.
This role is responsible for defining marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market programs, while building a scalable marketing organization to support the company's growth.

The Director of Marketing will work closely with company leadership and play a key role in shaping how Meta Integration communicates its technical differentiation to the market.
​
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys working in early-stage or growth-stage startups, is comfortable operating independently, and brings strong domain knowledge in enterprise data, analytics, and BI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

Define the overall marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for MetaKarta products.

Translate company objectives into clear marketing programs and campaigns.

Ensure consistent messaging across product marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation.
Marketing Organization & Execution

Build and manage the marketing function, including internal roles and external partners.

Establish scalable marketing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.

Delegate execution while maintaining accountability for marketing outcomes.
Product & Technical Marketing

Ensure Meta Integration’s technical differentiation is clearly communicated.

Guide creation of product narratives, technical content, and sales enablement materials.

Maintain alignment between product roadmap and marketing messaging.
Content & Thought Leadership

Personally contribute to key marketing content, including blogs, solution narratives, and thought leadership.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for enterprise data and analytics leaders.
Marketing Systems & Operations

Oversee marketing automation and CRM infrastructure supporting campaigns and pipeline visibility.
Qualifications​

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership roles

Experience helping early-stage or growth-stage companies scale

Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, or BI platforms

Ability to create or guide high-quality technical marketing content

Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Compensation​

Base salary plus performance-based bonus and potential equity participation.
